Minimum 30 PK, about 4,50m x 1,70 incl. Trailer.
Preferred is Marcraft and Starweld.

Winschoten is not Germany but near by (10 Minutes) from my place called Bunde.
The price is still ok I think for a boat just with engine and trailer. Not a new one 10 Years+.
