It's a breedingfish that soon will spawn. The bigger the fish, the more eggs she will produce.

Peter what a curious message.. You can never tell for sure when breeding season starts. If you're so committed to the well-being of fish you shouldn't be fishing at all or visit this website. Off season for walleye doesn't start in another 2 months if i'm not mistaken so what's this all about?

You're plain jealous i guess.. lol

of course she is released. It was such a beautiful feeling to see her going away.

If you like to eat a snoekbaars, you better take one with a smaller size and no mr or mss Willems, I'm not jealous, I allready cought some of that size and one even bigger.
On this very moment they all cary eggs and within 2 months they will spawn.
I have to congratulate Luiz with this catch and hope he will catch more of them! He's got the right sportsfishermens mentality!
