Predator Tour 2010 - The final results are in!

The tour is over after several days of ‘hard’ fishing. Last night the results were announced and prizes handed out to the winners. The evening began with dinner at a local pub and many enjoyed a delicious Irish beer.

After the bellies were filled, everybody went to the location where the winners were announced and the prizes were awarded. With music and entertainment the ceremony was an evening party that continued until the early hours in the morning.

Dennis and Glenn received an additional prize for catching the largest pike. Both managed to land a pike on 112 cm. The prize for the largest perch went to Stefan and Dermot received the prize for catching the largest trout.

Though there was one disqualification the tour continued without any problems. All participants enjoyed a well organized tour and can look back on a great week in Ireland.

“It is also sure for 99% that the 2011 edition will take place at the Volkerak (NL),” Evert said on the phone.

The catches are judged and the winners are known.

The Final Results of the Predator Tour 2010:

1st place - Erwin & Jacco (The Netherlands)

Their prize: Marcraft fishing boat, kalf trailer, Yamaha motor, Minn Kota electromotor, Humminbird depthsounder & battery.
Caught: 666 cm. and caught the required minimum of 6 pike, 3 perch and 1 trout.

2nd place - John & Johny (Ireland)

Their prize: Trip for 2 persons to Black Bear Fishing Camp, Canada and 2 vertical rods from Pike Master Lures.
Caught: 593 cm. and caught the required minimum of 6 pike, 3 perch and 1 trout.

3rd place - Arnold & John (The Netherlands)

Their prize: 1000 euro Strike Pro Europa / CWC and 2 vertical rods from Pike Master Lures.
Caught: 521 cm. and caught the required minimum of 6 pike, 3 perch and 1 trout.

4th place - David & Tony (England)

Their prize: 500 euro Irish Angler Magazine.
Caught: 460 cm and caught the required minimum of 6 pike, 3 perch and 1 trout.

5th place - Dennis & Stefan (The Netherlands)

Their prize: Trip for 2 to Stockholm Fishing Camp, Sweden.
Caught: 568 cm. and caught the minimum of 6 pike and 3 perch. No trout was caught unfortunately.

6th place - Terry & Glenn (Ireland)

Their prize: Trip for 2 persons to Lunde Pensionat Engerdal, Norway.
Caught: 543 cm. and caught the minimum of 6 pike and 3 perch. No trout was caught unfortunately.

7th place - Tomasz & Pawel (Poland)

Their prize: Trip for 2 persons to Irish Angling Fishing, Ireland.
Caught: 515 cm. and caught the minimum of 6 pike and 3 perch. No trout was caught unfortunately.

8th place - Steffen & Bernd (Germany)

Their prize: Trip for 2 persons to Stuga, Sweden.
Caught: 493 cm. and caught the minimum of 6 pike and 3 perch. No trout was caught unfortunately.

9th place - Jan & Dustin (Germany)
